Dr. AbdulRahman A. Al-Naimi joined Unite Clinical Research Consortium (Unite CRC) in 2017 and serves as chief medical officer. He works to strategically align the organization’s voice around policy development, clinical operations, service line operations, quality process improvement; clinical effectiveness and safety, medical compliance, regulatory affairs, network, and investigator study site development.

Prior to Unite CRC, Dr. Al-Naimi was president and chief executive officer for Royal Davy. During his tenure, he provided leadership responsible for investigator start-up site development and clinical research operation activities including relationships with stakeholders such as sponsors, contract research organizations (CRO), research organizations, academia, and government. He designed and implemented an instrument using LEAN and Six Sigma principles to enhance quality process improvement; clinical safety and effectiveness to drive clinical research team dynamics, ultimately, removing barriers to clinical study completion, and study participant compliance while developing company growth. His instrument was approved through a peer-reviewed process at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center. Dr. Al-Naimi served as the director of trauma emergency management for Monroe County, Florida and served as the medical practice manager for a primary care internal medicine practice in Galveston, County, Texas.

Dr. Al-Naimi was appointed as a fellow of the American College of Neuroscience Administrators of the Neurosurgery Executives’ Resource Value & Education Society, and the chair for the education sub-committee and fellowship credential of the Neurosurgery Executives’ Resource Value & Education Society. He is also the former president, American College of Neuroscience Administrators of the American Academy of Medical Administrators. He served on their executive board of directors, and the board of directors of the American College of Oncology Administrators.

Dr. Al-Naimi earned a Doctor of Medicine degree from Michigan State University College of Human Medicine, Bachelor of Science degree from Michigan State University, and Master of Public Health degree with a thesis from University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston School of Public Health in Community Health: Occupational & Environmental Health, and Aerospace Medicine.

He completed residency in Occupational Medicine from the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston, McGovern Medical School, Family Medicine from Creighton University School of Medicine, and Radiation Oncology, Oakland University William Beaumont School of Medicine.

He has received awards and post-doctoral certifications for his professional and academic accomplishments including professional affiliations, and alumni memberships.

Ms. Ayotte is responsible for every clinical research study daily activity, particularly key administrative issues and service line management and operations.

Prior to joining Unite Clinical Research Consortium, Ms. Ayotte has 20 years’ experience as the former executive assistant for a leading contractor in multiple industry sectors: Building Design and Construction Consultants, Detroit, Michigan. Her professional experience entailed coordinating executive directors reporting and meeting activities. She used the International Organization for Standardization ISO 9001 and “LEAN 5s” principle on projects in the Middle East, South America and Domestic projects in the USA, and Mexico. Ms. Ayotte was the company’s internal ISO auditor for construction projects and coordinated with the external ISO 9001 audits on department records. If any non-conformance were issued, action plans for reciliation of non-conformance were conduct with the management staff. All projects assigned was completed with the processes of time management, organization skills, people skills and timely completion of her assignments.

Ms. Ayotte has a Liberal Arts Associate Degree from Macomb Community College, Warren, Michigan, former member of the International Association of Administrative Professional (IAAP), and Certified Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC): CITI Program 2021.
